Kidney Cancer - Ingesting Hash Oil

Hello there, my father was recently diagnosed with Kidney Cancer and at his age it doesn't look like surgery is a viable option. He's requested for me to make him some type of ingest-able so I made some hash oil with 90% isopropol alcohol.

I've looked around for ways to ingest the product and also for amounts to use with out very much success.

1- whats the best way to ingest. I'm thinking capsules with a little fish oil added

2- how much should I add to each capsule?

3- how often should it be taken

4- are there any other additives I should put in the capsules with the fish oil and hash oil

Thanks in advance for any help

I am glad to see you doing this for your dad. A good reference would be to get ahold of Rick Simpson. The way most of the people take it according to him is about the size of a grain of rice once a day from what I see they they just put it on their finger a rub it off on their front tooth and wash it around in their mouth and swallow.

Keep us posted, there are alot of good thing that come out of hemp oil.

Here is his sight. http://phoenixtears.ca/

THC has plenty of cancer fighting properties... if you grow just use a pound of bud that only has the trash leaf trimmed off of it, then follow the instructions on the pheonix tears site....

Ok, I'll head back to Ricks site and finish the 2nd half of the video. That's where I got the process instructions.

Turned out exactly like his. I used general trim nugs and leaves so it should be a-ok.

The bubbles are trace amounts of the alcohol bubbling off and the green is reflections of the trees in the background. Sweet product!!!

Thanks Rick

just got word that he received it today. He's heading back to Houston to go back to MD Anderson Cancer treatment facility to get some more testing and consultation on what they are wanting to do. Currently their testing his physical standings to see if he could infact handle the surgery. As I understand it, when he asked his doctor if hash oil (or hemp oil) was a viable option, the doctor responded "it will not do any good for your condition". I understand politics and the legality of the issue, but dammit I really wanna prove this person wrong.

I've began spending more and more time on the web looking for information regarding treating cancers with hash oil and so far I all I can find is positive responses, discussions and results. What's harder to handle is "mis-informed" people in positions of power who insist this is addictive and bad for human consumption. YOU ARE WRONG!

Since my quests for information, I plan on making myself a batch and getting on a regular regimen of using hash oil as a preventative

My understanding is that Cannibidiol has been identified in clinical studies as a main tumor reducing component of the vast many of cannabinoids which we dont understand, and I didnt see any information on the pheonix site that showed a specific link between THC and mmj's cancer fighting properties. i just know that the cannibidiol has been linked to blocking some kind of protein uptake by cancer cells which basically starves them out.

if you look up a video by SETH GROUP that showed brain tumor cells on a plate of THC and it killed the tumor cells and left the normal brain cells alive... just sayin I don't think they know jack shit about which cannabinoid is the most anti-cancerous....

Decarboxylation & Brownies

I just finished reading an article by Old Hippy on Decarboxylation from the most recent issue of Treating Yourself magazine, and it includes a recipe for Alice B. Toklas "Tokeless Canibus" brownies;

I figured I would share the directions as the temperatures and instructions vary from other methods I have tried or heard of in the past...Then I would make a batch to test out the method:

1) Preheat to 225 (105C)
2) Lay cannabis on bowled-up sheet of aluminum foil on top of a cookie sheet in the oven
3) You can how heat the Cannabis for 60 minutes, OR use the slightly more complex and effective (and patented!) method of 225 for 15 minutes followed by 250 for 60 minutes...
4)Take out of the oven, let cool for five minutes or so; It will be brown, brittle and easy to grind...

...The result is fully activated Cannabis, which can be put directly in gelatin capsules, added to recipes (preferable next to ingredients with high fat content), or used to make cannabutter or canna oil. And because it retains all the THC of the original material as well as the other cannabinoids, it is quite powerful...

Now, as for how to use the decarboxylated cannibus...should I still simmer it with the Coconut Oil for 25 minutes before adding it to the brownie mix (isn't it technically already activated before that?)or can I just grind it into a powder and add it with the oil like any other spice?

I'm starting to prep now, I'd like to hear what the consensus is before I start the baking though... 222/+: Decarboxylation (Carboxyl groups removed, making weed more potent.
325-355: THC bonds to fat molecules
355-392: THC "boils" (vaporizes; avoid this temperature)

Finished the boiling...I'm hoping I did everything right; I had the jar in a pot with a couple of inches of water; I heated the water on between 2 and 4 (just enough so it was steaming little a small amount of bubbles in the pot, not a boil) and left it, stirring every 15 minutes, for just over 2 hours...

The only thing I'm not sure of was the heat; Was the oil supposed to simmer inside the jar? Because when I would do it straight in the pan I would get it at just above a simmer...

Anyway, the brownies will be done soon enough; I will test and let you know how it turned out:

Tokeless Brownies
(Via Decarboxylation)

1 BOX Duncan Heinz etc. Brownie Mix (I'm not that good a cook)
1/4 cup Canna Oil (made with Organic Coconut Oil)
1/4 cup water
1/2 banana (substitute for Egg)
1ts Organic Vanilla Extract

1) Roughly grind up 4G Cannabis, add to tin foil sheet;
2) Preheat oven to 215-220, place foil sheet inside;
3) Bake for 1 hour, remove decarboxylated bud; Grind into coarse mixture;

4) Fill large pot 2" with water, enough to cover bottom 1/3 of unsealed Mason Jar
5) Set to 3-4; Heat;
6) Add Coconut Oil, ground Cannabis
7) Heat, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours; Cool; Strain with cheesecloth;

8) Preheat oven to 320f;
9) Add brownie mix, banana (or egg), water, and CannaOil to bowl; Stir for 5 minutes;
10) Grease pan lightly with CannaOil; Add mix to 9" square baking pan;
11) Bake for 30 minutes, or until desirable consistency

I would just stick to what Phoenix Tears says seems they have the most experiance with using the hemp oil. As far as the cannabinoids go sciences has only isolated a very few of them and considering that there are 488 I believe that would pretty much say they know very little. I don't believe that isolating which cannabinoid is the issue it is understanding how they all interact together to create the healing properties.
