No one will know. Bulbs can be any kelvin rating. I can tell you that primarily aquarium lights made for plants are 6500-6700 and lights made for salt tanks, especially for corals and other inverts, are usually 10000-14000 and sometimes as high as 20000 (very very blue).
Just buy some new lights for it if you can't figure out what those ones are. I veg with an 8 tube t5 using alternating 6500 k and 3000 k, and I'm quite happy with it. I went with that because the red peak of both chlorophyll's is slightly more efficient at photosyntheses, however, a lack of blue spectrum will cause the plant to stretch because it thinks it's receiving indirect light (can't recall the name, but that is a general horticultural phenomenon).
