kc36 hasnt grown any bigger for 3 weeks

ive had my baby growing for about 2 months but for the past 3 weeks it hasnt changed at all. it gets 18 hours of light everyday but it doesnt seem to be growing ????? the soils fertilized i just dont see why it hasnt changed at all

kc36 only grows to about 4 foot tall at 2 months it is prolly about half way there so it'll double when flowered
