Yeah, you won’t hear back. I used to love his podcast and decided to give some support and ordered a few thing from his site.
I was really stoked to try some of his Blue Bonnet work, because he’s supposedly a Blueberry connoisseur. I’ve never been remotely impressed by the stone of any Blueberry, ever, and really thought I might find find that happy, no tolerance stone in the Riot gear.
The guy sounded like a no nonsense kind of dude. Spent a chunk right from his site. To be fair, he says right there on the site you’ll be waiting a month from the point he gets your money until your stuff arrives. He ain’t lying there folks.
I dropped a chunk of money with him and he didn’t even send the seeds I freaking paid him for. I got seeds 4 weeks later, but not what I ordered. I sent a polite email explaining, hoping he’d give a shit about someone excited to run his gear. No response. Several emails later, still nothing. Literally, just want the seeds dude.
He has zero customer service, screws up orders and doesn’t give a shit about his customers. He is an insecure, hypocritical, arrogant, whiny man child.
If you ever hear the dude talk, that shitty defensive tone he gets is exactly how he thinks of his customers.
Do not send this guy money. To Matt Riot, you are nothing but peasant filth, interrupting his day.
He canned Notso but Riot is the same level of flake. At least Notso is pleasant.
