anyone ever smoked khat? where the fuck do you get it? its a stimulant that you smoke as an plant. sounds pretty cool.

smoking it? You chew it, you can smoke methcathinone (I think) if that is what you were thinking? I believe that Khat contains both cathine or cathinone.

er... methcathinone is made via ephedrine. It is the oxidation of ephedrine, where as methamphetamine is the reduction of ephedrine.

Khat is a stick thing that you chew. I chewed it whilst in Africa and found nothing special about it.

Its used in Africa by fighters like meth was by the US Army 50 years ago... Chew enough of it and they can fight for days after being shot several times. But its spelled Khat and pronounced "cot" Nasty stuff...
