K deficiency? Please help with my first guerrilla grow

Hello Brothers,

I am pretty hyped up as my only survived plant (1 from 12 seeds) turned out to be a girl and entered a flowering stage. If I can finish this grow I should be good for a year. :-?

The problem is that lower leaves are getting yellowed and then completely die off. This has started in vegetative state and didn't go away. You can see the problem on different stage below. Lower leaves are completely dead, the newest ones look fresh but this thing seems to be going up.

From what I've read there might have been some nutrient deficiency probably potassium? I've added 13-54-13 NPK recently for more phosphorus but don't see much result yet. Beforehand, I only used some light fertilizers several times with moderate doses.

It's growing far outside and is watered as nature pleases. I try to help it if there is a long streak of sunny days.

It’s short on everything. Especially potassium. Probably calcium as well.

Wow.. sad looking. Over done on all levels. Water the piss out of it and walk away for a week. If your throwing different ferts at her she's locked up and out..
Strange, It had this problem before I gave it the flowering fertilizer and I only gave a small amount of organic fert during veg 3 or 4 times.

That's also what I suspect that soil should have some deficiency but plants around seem happy as fuck. Do cannabis need way more minerals than say this guy? (this exact pic not from my location)

I doubt that non-flowering fern requires the potassium and phosphorus that most flowering plants or shrubs require.

You may be spot on. I just zoomed in and noticed some problems on plants other than fern. Or wrong ph level in soil, but can't measure it now.

The plant grew tall and skinny, It seems like it sucks up nutrients from lower leaves to feed the newer ones. (It doesn't have full sunlight as well:cry:) only top 2/5 part has leaves.

I mean here is the top part. Shouldn't nutrient burn or lock up(if there is one) be visible here?

It looks more like nute burn which will show on the oldest leaves first unless indoors getting to much radiant heat from lights then can manifest on the upper fans first.

13-54-13 is a wacky ratio that's way too high in P for my liking and is probably contributing to lockouts and burn. Looks like you have a side-order of mites which should be investigated and dealt with. Who knows what's in the native soil she's in as well. Could be pH issues too.

I'd pack in some water for her and soak the area around her good. I wouldn't worry about the pH too much as rain water is on the low side and the soil is going to dictate the pH. Something with a good dose of K and maybe some Epsom salts to boost sulfur wouldn't hurt.

aaand I have no idea how to deal with mites. I dream of the time when I can just pay the pros or grow in my yard without life ruining risks :)

Anyway I flushed the plant with reasonable amount of water and then gave it a tea made from banana pills(for K and P). SHouldn't hurt from what I've researched.

I won't touch it now for a week or two and will see how it goes.
Thanks mates!
