K deficiency, organics

hey guys Im running a recycled living organic soil, been using it for about 4 to 5 years, every so often I seem tho come across this problem I've been working on my recipe, I think it's either a k deficiency or maybe even too much k, I don't think so, but I'm looking for a way I can maybe fix this or top dress something. I've been adding in dolomite to help nutralize ph, although I never check ph (for you hydro guys, it's not something us organic guys never ever touch), usually when I water in a tad dolomite it sometimes fixes the problem!
I'll post my recipie below (per 5 cu. ft) the red numbers is the amounts ice added to my new soil, (it's cooking now) and the black numbers next to the red are last time I amended and the soil that my plants are in now! thanks for help guys!

I did just transplant about a week ago, and was a Lil rougher than I'd like, that could have started this mess!

if anyone needs more info just ask what u wanna know!
