Just took over very troubled grow, any advice?

So I just took over a medical grow with 6 flower rooms 12k watts a large veg room 3600watts and a moms/ clones room 1200 watts. All are in ebb and gro systems. All had major root rot from the system being installed wrong, pots on the ground and the control bucket on blocks WTF. The feed schedule is crazy, GH fl gro, fl micro, fl bloom, diamond nectar, fl blend, fl nectar, superthrieve, hygrozyme, aqua shield, silica blast, florilicious plus, cal/ mag, great white, and drip clean. Oh and the temps are 81 at best, up to 92. Res temps are the only stable part of this place 69 to 71. Did I mention the facility is racked with mites and fungal gnats. Also the co2 systems don't work.

So first I popped Dr Doom bombs in the place every other day for 10 days, and am following up with mighty wash everyother day for another week or so. In the mean time I cleaned all the systems, changed the flood times from6 x 45 min to 4 x 15 min. replaced all tubing, changed reses with their recipe left out the hygrozyme and aqua shield and added a capfull of bleach per 25 gal. I know bleach is sacrilege but as a last resort I have had success with it before. I changed around the ventilation scheme and got the temps down to 76 to 79, even with an evaporative cooler my humidity is still only 32%.

I'm thinking of getting another swamp cooler and plumbing them directly into the rooms. That will increase ventilation, temps, and humidity. Also i am going to change around the light ducting to exhaust to the outside and be a little more efficient, i would like to intake air from the outside too but the owners wife is worried about how it will look. I put the pots up on bricks and the control box on the ground.

It's about 2 weeks after all this was done and I think we have turned the corner on the problems. Roots are white again and the reses don't smell anymore, temps are ok for now, signs of bugs are gone, hope it stays that way!

There are two room on one res and one of the rooms was showing deficiency signs, I flushed the plants with fresh water twice about 3 days ago and that seems to have done the trick, they are lookin way happier.

So I guess I am wondering about all the notes and additives. I have used Botanicare, H&G aqua flakes, dry nuts, and some local shop brands with success, I really like H&G. I have never used generals before and this is an awfull introduction to them. I am thinking of going with something like generals expert recipe -10% and cutting out the hygrozyme, flora blend, great white, and aqua shield. Basically I want to get to all chemical nutes
no zymes or bacteria. Just a clean ship.

What do you guys think?
