Just talked to my Landlord

I have some female landlords in my family and you don't have to hate women to know that in those circumstances the heavy lifting should be left for the dudes and half of them can't be trusted either. Women TYPICALLY do not have the set required for this. They are wired differently emotionally and that is the concern. Ever have a little sister who was cool till she got some dirt on you? what happens when this lady gets threatened with a conspiracy charge for knowingly being involved in your Multiple property grows (you know they add those numbers up right?) after running her mouth to a girlfriend about how cool think she thinks it is and the only way to get out of it is to flip on you?

The only time i've had success as a rentor was when i rented from a old head who grew too...his was his...mine was mine...the money doesn't mix well as coreytrev pointed out

Clearly you don't have the common sense to work through the problem on your own so you asked for opinions. I think the question you should be asking yourself is, "should I even be growing in the first place?" If you can't see the inherent danger of what you are thinking about doing then you have a lot of lessons to learn the hard way. If you think I'm an asshole then dude you haven't been out in the world long enough to get a clear picture of what an asshole really is. I have no doubt in my mind you will find out..

maybe you cant read but this was all hypothetical anyway not like anything was ever set in stone second i already have a grow just not in the scale i was referring. Been in the world long enough to point out an asshole just by reading his restarted posts. You ask for help with a ridiculous idea and then attack someone who is trying to help just because he doesn't deal with women landlords? Seriously dude, get over yourself. If you are unable to realize that men and women act different when they are in particular jobs, you're in for a sharp learning curve. I know from my experience women landlords are much more involved(nosy, intrusive, etc.) than men. That's not sexist it's just what I've observed. For this reason, as well as others I agree with SlaveNoMore. Not only that, I would never get involved in a grow on that level with ANY landlord. They have too much to lose and will flip on you in the end.

I agree and have already decided based on everyone's posts that it was a bad idea. You can call it whatever you want. There are differences in the way men and women act regardless if you want to open your eyes or not. Geez, insurance companies use it every day as a way to determine insurance rates because men and women statistically DO act differently. I don't see how I'm a cave man for stating my observations. I never stated I would change my dealings with women landlords, I just said I've observed differences in the way they do their jobs. By the way, being more involved isn't necessarily a bad quality, it's just something to be aware of, if you're in the business some of us may or may not be in.

I'm not butthurt at all, and I'm not trying to change your mind.

However, when your only piece of advice is to avoid dealing with someone because they happen to be female, well, that deserves to be ridiculed a bit.

See, zwaghuf approaches the issue and gives concrete evidence which is probably the better approach when dealing with people who refuse to look at the world in a realistic manner. I just say, fuck you, I'm not renting from a woman or partnering with a woman. Not in an illegal business where my ass is on the line. I think you chirpers are thinking that I am saying that I hate women, which I am not. I just don't find them to be compatible business partners.

When you have a grow-op there is no tolerance for drama. I have tried to work with women and it doesn't work. They didn't listen, they didn't follow instructions and they bring their personal shit with them to work. Sorry, not on my watch. Then you have to fire them or break the partnership and start all over. It's a waste of time, money and the safety of everyone involved.

To answer your question, yes I only work with white people, no I am not a racist. I live in a predominatley white area by choice so the people I work with are white. Yes, I am a white separatist but I am not a white supremicist/racist. Now go ahead and go off on that tangent if you wish. However I believe does not discredit my experience but have at it. Libs preach this open-mindedness but only if everyone is open to their views, Try for a day to view life realistically.
