what did you do? twist and crack? or are you talking about topping/FIMing?

just the twist and squeeze, not gunna top it quite yet.

i tried that on my last grow (purposefully broke the stem with a twist and squeeze). to be honest, I did not note any great difference but it was handy in that it kept the plant shorter than normal....

that thing looks jacked. haha

yeah idk if it actually does much of anything but i am trying to keep my plant about 3ft tall so i guess it keeping it short helps.
