just small or doing something wrong?

So I don't really think anything is wrong with her except idk what the white dots are but is there a way to make the leafs grow bigger? Also what would cause the leafs to have dents like that?

Nothing kills more plants than over anxious growers loving them to death. It is just a seedling stop freaking out. Let here go and in the meantime do some reading and learning, then you will be able to anser your own questions.

I do alot of reading actually before I post to here if I can't find something then I'll post I have one the same age that is twice it's size and same type

to be fair you didnt leave any information about your plant
you just asked what was wrong with it

you left us no indicators you have several other plants with same strain that are not stunted growth
its pretty good to include all your information no matter how relevant or irrelevant you feel it is, that way we can help you

your plant looks fine and healthy to me, dont create/see problems that arent there
it maybe stunted but i have no other information to go off of so until we are given more info i cant say for sure

Best advice if it's your first grow is to not overwater. I'd water the whole pot once and leave it be for about a week or two. Seedlings domt need a lot of water and def. no nutes yet.

It's around 17 days old and I did stunt them in the beginning of accident but my other one is twice the size of her there both berry bomb seeds I use two 24 inch lights one grow one and I'm. Not sure the other right off hand
