Just moved from cfls to cxb3590 should I?

Should I have the lights far away at frst then lower them to let them adjust to the new lighting? And any recommendations on how high I should start with and how far away is optimum height, they are 36v 3590 6500k ran at 1400 mah, I have 3 cobs , in a 2x4 tent atm

These are going in, 2 revegging clones wich have just been uppotted to 3 gal smart pots, one is in coco/perlite and the other is in 3 gal of seedling soil, just for shits and giggles lol, and the seedling is a green house seeds (THE DOCTER) it is about 3 weeks from seed

assuming youre using it for veg id go 18- 24" and you'll get nice spread

Ye veg light, I've got bare cobs , no reflectors on it

Yea mate I've got 4x 3590s 4000k or 3500k I can't remember now but one of those, ran at 1400ma, also another tent wich is a 3x3. Non operating atm due to not having any thing to put in it, but once these veg out a bit ill have clones
