Just got my HPS set up.. it's so bright! Need sunglasses

Wow what a light! I've been using cfl's for a year. This is a huge change. It's only 400 watts. When i go into my grow room, my eyes are sensitive to the light. It's strong! Does anyone have the same problem and are there some special glasses one can use? It almost bothers me to the point of getting a head ache.

I have dark glasses. Have been wearing dark tinted lenses for years.

i dont wear glasses when im with the lights but i wonder if it acually does damage to the eye

lol shit i got like 20 cfls goin n i turn blind for about 10 mins after i leave room b bumbin into shit n kncki everythin over

Yeah my eyes have gotten used to how bright it is but I do think I should probably wear dark glasses

Regular old sunglasses should work fine dude
