Should be fine. It might slow down the growth a little but just give it time to adjust to the new pot before cranking up the light and nutes. It happens to everyone at some point.

I tried to be so careful with the transfer this year but it was a cup-tastrophe! In the end, they were just fine. Hell, had squirrels diggin in there last night and bent them over so had to shore them up again. This afternoon they were back to themselves. This is a fascinating plant

next time, when you fill the solo cup, tamp it down with the bottom of another solo cup, as long as you dont make the soil too compact, cuttings will still take, probably faster too, but you wont get the soil falling off and the roots will/should expand to fill the solo up better.
then when you tip it upside down with the plant between your fingers, the soil wont fall apart so much.
