Just another "my 1st firecracker" thread

Okay, let me start off by saying it was pretty amazing. I've eaten a mary jane edible once before, but it wasn't much and it was poorly prepared with regular weed so it was hardly a good experience. Plus, this was my first edible that I prepared..

I used nutella and peanut butter and the firecracker didn't turn out too bad at all! Only a couple bites had that overbearing cooked marijuana taste

First off, me and a buddy grinded about 3g of sensimilla (Lavender and Super Silver Haze) in a coffee grinder until it looked like powder. Next, I wrapped the powder weed into some aluminum foil and stuck it in the oven for 9 minutes at 290F. I know this may not be required, but I wanted to make sure that my weed got decarboxylated. It was my first time and I didn't want to mess up. In the meantime, I prepared 4 firecracker sandwiches, 2 a piece. Nutella on one side, peanut butter (Smart Balance) on the other. Afterwards I got the decarbed weed and mixed/smeared it on the graham crackers. Then I slapped the graham crackers together to make firecracker sandwiches, wrapped them tightly in foil, and put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 310F.

Yesterday, I started preparing them around 10am and ate them around 11am. It was literally an all day high. I went to sleep still high last night and woke up in a weed fog this morning. :eyesmoke: lol. The FC actually tasted kind of good. I'm thinking that pre-decarbing the weed and the nutella accounted for that. It's one of the best highs I've had in a long while. Reminded me of when I first started smoking. I will say though, make sure you don't plan to do anything, because you'll be blitzed all day.

imo the decarbing with firecrackers IS needed... since the taste of non decarbed weed is pretty untasty.

I switch off using just the decarbed mmj mixed with peanut butter and some canna oil and no crackers in a pryrex dish.. and just use as needed on whatever I want.. really nice with pretzels too.... and using canna caps
