just an idea for a new medium

i got a pack of these as a free gift with a package i ordered. i threw them in some water and they are pretty cool actually. could this actually be an adequate medium?

First time I have seen them in colors, but they are usually added to soil grows rather than being used as media. They are pretty readily avialable in just a crstalline form of different sizes. They as crystals hold huge amounts of way ters ao preveny soggy soilsetc in soil grows. They are usually not sold with fertilizers salts already absorbed within the crystals.

Read and learn guys. Water crystals have been around for a long time. One ounce of crystals will absorb over a gallon of water. Saturated soils are soggy soils.
