I'm planting them in a near by wood area. Should i have to worry about my babies being seen by inferred systems from above?

only if your have a huge heat signature around them

Well I don't have anything to measure the heat signature around it, but does one plant have a big signature?

One plant wont give off anything that you'll have to worry about. Being seen going in and out of where you are growing it is more to worry about.
