Those branchs are your alternating nodes and yes you can put it into flower now but you might just wanna let it go a bit longer for a good yield! good luck with it

Did you check for preflowers if theres none then theres no way of telling sex till you swicth to 12-12

Looks female (w00t) .. in my sig "charts" theres good sexing pics...
As for flowering now that depends mainly on two things...
1) Do you have limited space for bigger plant....
2) Do you want joints opposed to grams+...

I like to veg to about 12-15".. then at harvest the plant is about 3.5 - 4ft tall....
the longer you can veg for the more the yield... Luck.

wow man you have a lot of charts lol. thanks. since i am doing this indoors and i am kind of limited on space i was acually thinging about just starting the flowering stage as soon as the new hour begins. i have tons of seeds and this is really just like my starter plant.

You work with what you've got.... My inside in a real small area so I get it....
Enjoy the season...

No, not really... depends on a multitude of factors.. your knowledge/conditions/strain...etc... my last years outside at 4-6ft gave between 2-4 OZ dry each plant and the inside about 28g + (snowryders)

really thats all yougot per plant outdoors. i got 1/2 pound dry per plant of 5 ft plants. they were clones.

Hey, sorry to highjack the thread . . .

Twistyman--how many SnowRyders got you 28 grams? How'd you like that strain?

Re the original poster and concerns about space, etc . . . I know you said you are new to this, but you might want to go look at some of the threads on LST (low stress training), scrog (screen of green), and super cropping. Even if you just look at those threads for future information, I think you'll find them very interesting. I know I did. And the first time I tried LST and scrogging (on the same plant), I got good results.

Have fun. Wishing you the best.

As I was telling someone earlier I've limited sun... only about 10 hrs daily because of balcony overhang... Plus I'm on a learning curve so I guess I'll take some of the blame too..in all fairness...
I used cheap nutes and crap soil last year as $$ was tight... Hoping to get the amounts up this year...:joint:

That was per 15" plant... I don't have a scale so its a guess...... I liked the snowryders very much..it was my 1st auto try.. I started 3 lowryders and three snows..the LR were all males...

OK I've just got to say that this is what everyone was telling me during my 1st grow. AND ITS JUST NOT TRUE!!!! You do NOT need to go to 12/12 to see the sex of your plants. But you do have to be patient. Even with 24/0 light the plant will show sex when it matures. Its different for every strain but my plants usually show pre-flowers around week 6 of veg. Look at the 6th node from the bottom. Your plant looks nice. Best of luck to ya!
