Hi im growing 8 DP Powerplant clones at a friends, we are both first timers. This is our second attempt as the fist batch was stunted due to being in a cheap tent (gassing problems).

I am slightly worried by the height of the plants as they are in their 3rd week of flower, and frankly quite small approx averaging 12"-16". They were put into flower a around 6". Bud sites are starting to develop but seem to lack vigor. I understand that this strain is a sat-dominant, so some form of control over the height is needed.

My problem is that i always surf for grow diarys of similar stature and find that most growers flower once the plant reaches 15"-20"

Will this hinder my harvest? Am i expecting to much too quick?Or am i just being plain impatient.

My opinion is:

You could have let her veg a bit more, especially if you got the height for it.
Sativas will triple-quadruple their size during flowering. Expect at least 18-25" height right before harvest.
Looks like you have some nute burn. Your plants are too small still to take up full strength nute solutions. Try 1/2 concentration and see if the nute burn advances. Raise to 3/4 if everything seems to have ballanced out.
Your plants are still looking nice. You'll see that everything will turn out ok for them.

PS: like your username. Did you know that the term "muggles" actually refers to people that don't smoke weed? The term emerged somewhere in the 60-70s.

Doc Cannabis~ You are incorrect. A "muggle" is a joint and the term was introduced by blues/jazz players back in the 20's.
