Give it a little more time. Since you used the John Doe method of ordering is there anyway that you can check on your order online? You have an order number so you should be able to track the status of your order through their website. Another 2 weeks you should receive your order, which is a long time. I use a credit card so if I don't get what I ordered I have a better chance to dispute the charge and have the credit card company reverse the charge to the business.

BTW I use to do the john doe type of style but not from nirvana, sending money over seas is not a good idea for me but it would usually take a while for my order to come to me from canada and im in the usa. ( like 2-4 weeks) So if you did over seas then your going to have to wait a lot longer :O
CC imo is the best choice but if you dont have one well then i guess you going to have to wait like 6 weeks or so.. :\
