If you mean were did they get DMT, it can be made very easily apparently. With common plants.

I'm not sure the complete story but I'm definitely searching.

I had no idea DMT was produced when we sleep and before we die...

DMT was a great time. I have a friend who works in a lab sequencing DNA they use DMT to get the pairs to line up. That is about the extent I can follow him on what he does. All I know was the few times we have done it, it was much more satisfying than acid, because of the short duration of the trip.
