Jimmys r/dwc 1800w doublegum scrog of doom

Hello im here today to show you my grow
please feel free to post and chat
pics are ok too
if ya think you can help my cause let me know
i wont be posting pics flat out but at least once a week or if something happens that i need help with or is interesting
this is not my first grow but it is my first scrog grow


first a quick rundown
i have a room that is insulated ,painted( flat white) and sound proofed
its is 2.7 meters X 1.8 meters
im running a r/dwc which also drip feeds
i have 4 plants in veg atm under a plastic screen
lights are 3 600w hps (i have tubes and 1000w and 400w back ups)
shades are batwings
i have a 2 fans hanging from the ceiling to move the air around and a big extraction fan and a big intake fan
on the extraction fan there is a silencer and carbon filter
i have ph pens and ppm meters

nutes
a+b professors nutes
microbial
growtek monster grow
bud mister
growtek blossom blaster
canna pk 13-14
shooting powder
and a tub of standard sugar
and i might use some stuff during the grow if i need it

as far as plants go i have 4 doublegum that were in fluro lighting until i could find a home for them , so they are 9 weeks old( i know they look like skinny stretched plants)
they are in their new homes and have been pushed down with the screen
lighting is 18/6
temp 23 c
nutes day one are 600ppm ph of 5.7
i think that covers the basics ,if ya think i missed anything let me know
the first pics day 1
these are today i trimmed the plants ,transplanted them, cause them great pain when i did it ,a little stress has happened and its a probability that it will get worse
dont complain about my shitty camera work or hps lighting shots ,i suck with a camera, also my spelling sucks and i have a lack of punctuation

wooooo nice setup mate. I see your goign for the Scrog this time. Hopefully it all works out for you mate!!

I have no experience with scrog but seems you need to try train those branches over more as you got some big gaps in the middle?

Unfortuantly i lack the experience to actually suggest anythign else sorry mate lol. I saw you have a bag of sugar?....im guessing to make molases out of?

Other than that looks great mate and VERY jelous of the setup. Mainly all that fooking light you got lol.

Be interesting to see how it all plays out with so much light and in a SCROG. Constant pics and updates please

the sugar I put around the base of the plant as it's flowering
don't know if it does fuck all but I was told it helps and my last grow was good
as far as big holes go yep these bad ass plants got two to three weeks to fill em then I'm flicking the switch

Hmmm you think the plant take sup sugar?....it doesnt Impossible fo rit to do so lol. It iwll help the bacteria and stuff in the soil though.

hahah bag them out as much as you want im sold on FLuro man. Ill use my 400w + fluro on the side to add a lil extra umph.

i put it around the base of the plant and the drippers soak it and i was told it acts like a carbo load

I am glad i caught this one.

im pretty sure the plant is unable to take up pure sugar though? May be wrong though.

skiz :maybe if i put the sugar under the fluros it would work better lol im just ripping on ya
not much to report other than the plants are pissed off and wilting due to the stress i put em threw yesterday but once the roots hit the water should be all good
temps are 25
ph 5.8

hahah your a tosser Jimm lol. Na i just checked around, Sugar is only good for the bacteria not for the actual plant per say. That said you need the bacteria in the soil to help break down dead roots, etc. So whilst sugar may help the plant it wont do so directly. Plus my fluros kick ass ( - _ - )

Who is adding sugar?

a friend in the know has been adding sugar to his plants in the last 4 weeks of flower for years and I did the same on my last grow and I know it's not the main factor in increasing my yield but it's seems it might of helped
now I can't prove what it did but I do go by the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it

I might go give mine a sprinkle of sugar, perhaps a little cuddle whilst i am in there. I trust your methods jim.

it should be when they hit the water in the rez, i have totally gone over the top on bubbles this time

never have too many bubbles.

check em out ive 1 of these running every two tubs and every small one ive every got runny the rez

hahahhaah sorry dude. I thought the idea was to share info on grows? If its any consolation at least the bacteria in the soil will get a nice carbo load
