You need a good book to keep you on the right track. DO NOT put your plants back into veg from flower and DO NOT cut clones from flowering plants. There are hormonal changes that will alter the genetics of your cuttings.
Here is what I recommend...
Grow out the seeds until they are big enough to take 2 or 3 clones from. Clone each plant and LABEL THEM, Mother plant A, clone A, mother plant B, clone B...
After you're sure your clones will live put the original plant into bloom. It's alread big enough and it's taking up space, bloom it. Your clones will be growing and getting strong. Keep em healthy. Once your original plants are done KEEP THE BUDS SEPERATED. Taste each one individually. Now you know what you have. Use the clones from your favorites and keep the best of each one as a mother and grow your clones for your next crop.
