If you are running high temps, I suggest you supplement with CO2..
You're going to get a wide range of answers on that. There was only one thread I read.. and I can't remember who wrote it.. but the guy actually measured the amount of co2 released with these DIY bottles. It wasn't very much produced and rapidly declined from there over the course of a day. Do they produce co2? Yes. Is it enough co2 to be of any benefit.. from his findings only.. no.
Better way is a co2 tank and regulator on a timer. Unless your temps are really high, I wouldn't bother... just get a good exhaust fan one big enough for a good air exchange in your grow room.. and you'll be good.
Would that be like the same thing as a paintball gun tank? And is there any harm to running too much Co2?You're going to get a wide range of answers on that. the one's I was talking about are like welding tanks.. or BBQ tank style.. I don't think that the paintball CO2 canisters hold enough co2 to raise the levels.. but again, it won't hurt.
and no, you can't give a plant too much co2... a plant will thrive in a higher CO2 environment.
Here's a decent article that will let you know a bit more.. including controlling pests using co2...

Yes the best way is to buy a Co2 canister with a regualtor. co2 is only good in lab conditions, has anybody tried the diy co2.....w/ 2 Liter bottle , a cup of sugar, tbspn of yeast???.....or know any other better way..?

In the right conditions yes, You cant just use co2 in poor conditions and double your yield thats bull. co2 is very good if you use it in lab conditions other than that its a waste of money. That is incorrect, max you want to give them is 1500 ppm anything over will hurt plant growth and even cause death due to the fact you are suffocating them, as per Ed rosenthal you can double your plants size & yield using C02 vs without.
And you want to use it only when the lights are on so have them run on the same timer if possible
Good luck
