jesus... how HOT is TOOO hot???!??

I temps are usually around 85-90, I wish I could make them lower but cant at the moment -.-.. But when I hit 95 or so I got a little heat stress on the leaves. So if you can keep it cooler I would suggest it

if it FEELS like that, it could actually be higher (depending on humidity) i would highly reccomend getting a thermometer and figureing out not what it FEELS like, but what it IS. keep it under 90 and youll be fine i bet, some strains can go higher, others dont like it much above 80. pay attention to your girls, dial it in and figure out what they like.

You're going to get a wide range of answers on that. There was only one thread I read.. and I can't remember who wrote it.. but the guy actually measured the amount of co2 released with these DIY bottles. It wasn't very much produced and rapidly declined from there over the course of a day. Do they produce co2? Yes. Is it enough co2 to be of any benefit.. from his findings only.. no.
Better way is a co2 tank and regulator on a timer. Unless your temps are really high, I wouldn't bother... just get a good exhaust fan one big enough for a good air exchange in your grow room.. and you'll be good.

Great answer

It all works in harmony together and just like a chain it is only good as the weakest link, you want good air in and out of the cabinet and a little C02 makes a big difference

Take a look at the nuggs in this picture vs my avatar and you can see the difference C02 makes, the ones in my avatar did not get C02

Good luck

Would that be like the same thing as a paintball gun tank? And is there any harm to running too much Co2?

My temperatures used to be between 85 and 100 degrees. The plants are now in at a steady 75 degrees, and I'm no expert, BUT my plants are loving the cooler air! More extractor fans won't hurt ;)

the one's I was talking about are like welding tanks.. or BBQ tank style.. I don't think that the paintball CO2 canisters hold enough co2 to raise the levels.. but again, it won't hurt.

and no, you can't give a plant too much co2... a plant will thrive in a higher CO2 environment.

Here's a decent article that will let you know a bit more.. including controlling pests using co2...

That is incorrect, max you want to give them is 1500 ppm anything over will hurt plant growth and even cause death due to the fact you are suffocating them, as per Ed rosenthal you can double your plants size & yield using C02 vs without.

And you want to use it only when the lights are on so have them run on the same timer if possible

Good luck

And you need something bigger than a paint ball gun look on craigslist to find one cheap with a regulator

In the right conditions yes, You cant just use co2 in poor conditions and double your yield thats bull. co2 is very good if you use it in lab conditions other than that its a waste of money.
