Japanese beetles eat my buds?

I havent built any bud form yet but i have japanese beetles. ive noticed they have slowed down but im worried they will like the buds idk maybe its the smell driving them away. Imma spary woth pyrethrin soon maybe once before flower leave it at that. Flower has begun!

I’ve never had them on cannabis, but they attack the same bush in my yard every year and decimate the flowers if I don’t knock them off into a bucket of soapy water.

I’d get some traps. They like to gather in groups & have orgies in warm soil.
 
These look more like one of the two varieties of tickseed beetle aka coreopsis beetle. The Japanese beetles I get here are 4 times the size. And a totally different color pattern. These could be juveniles as I have no clue what they look like
 
Those traps do work well, just don't put them too close to your plants either. The hormone attracts them to plants nearby the trap too.
