Sitting here watching CNN and they're talking about Bernie Madoff.. when authorities entered his place not only were watches found that he was sending to family in violation of his bail conditions they just said that cheques totaling over $170,000,000 were found that were to be mailed to friends... if his bail isn't revoked and him put in jail it'll only go to prove the fact that the rich are in fact above the law..... the man has no soul...even after screwing charities he continues to steal monies...
his family and said friends need to be taught a lesson....... the whole lot should lose all their money and them jailed..........

NEW YORK/LONDON — Prosecutors say investigators found 100 signed checks worth $173-million in Bernard Madoff's office desk that he was ready to send out to his closest family and friends at the time of his arrest last month.
The detail was provided in a court filing Thursday as prosecutors argued that Mr. Madoff should have his bail revoked and be sent to jail.
They said the 100 cheques were further evidence that he wants to keep his assets away from burned investors.
Investigators previously have said that Mr. Madoff had planned on distributing more than $200-million to his closest friends and family after he realized his scheme had unravelled. He was also accused of sending more than $1-million worth of jewellery to friends and family over the holidays.
