Hi

I'm looking for a grow shop in Canada that sells Jack's nutrients.

Jack's no longer ships single orders to Canada, the list of vendor links they gave me was no good.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you go with these guys call ahead if you can contact someone and make sure it is in stock. Ordered in January and could not get ahold of anyone for updates, 1 month later and they still didn't have it in stock. Cancelled the order but still waiting for the refund.
Hm I've never had a prob with them. I have an acmpr account with them though

Ya I'm sure people have had both and good interactions with them, after looking into them while waiting I did find many people having the same experience. Basically they took my money without having the product in stock and without notifying me. Couldn't get a call or non automated email back.

Oh ya that reminds me that did happen to me with maxibloom but they gave me a large credit to make up for it. (I buy alot from them). They said problem with staffing and supply due to covid etc. Meh. Excuses. They've always been good to me tho other than that.
I have a guy who looks after my account so I don't even order from the website, I just email him and he sends me the acmpr quote.
They can't keep your money, so tell them you'll do a charge back if you have to and they'll have to do something quick. Looks bad on the company to have charge backs.
Gotta remember these places aren't just Amazon warehouses that stock tons of products, alot of it they buy direct from manufacturer, or somewhere else then distribute it through their site. Covid makes things difficult to source certain products but they should be more transparent with what they can and can't get.

I already got the better business bureau involved and the ppl at indoor growing contacted me within 10 minutes of that which pisses me off more because it shows they are just using excuses not to face their customers when they can not provide the products.
Hopefully they stay good for you in the future but I know my money will go somewhere else forever now.
