ITs my light too close?

I was wondering if my light its too close for my seedlings or too far away it's about 8.6 inches away i am using a 250w CFL heat is not a problem

with cfl you want as close as possible you can get as close as 2 inches just make sure to move em as they grow.

Even if the plant it's 3 days old?

I screwed up the ones in the pots. I am trying to get everything right this time. This is my 3rd attempt with autos

1inch apart from node it's good imo and stick your finger underneath the cfl if it's burns you it'll burn your babies !

I noticied they did not rooted properly and the growth got stunned. I know I am not supposed to transplant them but what do you think?
