it's been raining alot is the over water?

I hoping this is over watering my female is on her 3rd week of flower and this is appearing all of over her someone help me please...

No. Over water will be yellow or wilting. That looks like nutrient or something spilled on the leaf and burned. Or some bug damage. Inspect underside of leaf and entire plant.

Its definitely not overwatering. First thing i see appears to be heat stress. Looks like the leaves are canoeing upward. Not really sure of the deficiency. But definitely check your temps.

Well being that they are outside at the moment not to sure what I can do about the temperature

Id guess during the hottest part of the day some shade will be helpful. Give it a try and let me know how ot goes. What are the temps outside where you're growing?
