for starters i am of italian heritage i grew up in a very oldfashioned italian family my grandparents always made tons of italian food. so naturally now that im older i like coming up with ways to implement cannibas into my dishes. here's just a few ways u can spice up an italian dish.
1. substitue a little parsley in your alfredo sauce with cannibas. (make sure you let the green dry for a lil while its gotta be a little dry)
2. raviolis (or basically any baked pasta of this sort) just add in the cannibas when stuffing the raviolis with cheese, potato, whatever.
3. any pasta with marinara sauce just add into the sauce while you let it simmer, make sure you break it up really well and get all seeds and stems completely out, nothing like eatin pasta and gettin a crunchy stem in you food lol not good.
well that pretty much covers the main 3 types of italian food. tell me if you've tried anything like this or if you do try some of these let me know aswell, or if you just want to give your opionion or give some more recipes
