Issues at 8 weeks

I am in week 8 (day 59) of flower, running anywhere from 8 week to 12 weeks strains. In the last 2 weeks I've had a couple issues come up. Kinda over fed them a bit and got some slight lockout, I still seem to be correcting. Also, the temps have rose significantly! They have been staying steady between 82 and 84 degrees, I've noticed some of the buds getting a bit fluffier and also the rate at which they are maturing seems to be slowing down.

I emptied my reservoir lastnight and refilled it with nutrient solution @ 25% strength and ran the entire reservoir through the plants to kinda help flush out the salts and nutrient build up. I am pretty sure that's one of my issues, some of the calyx have slightly discolored/burnt tips but this has not got out of control yet, thank god. Also cut out the MOAB which I was mixing at 1 tsp per 5 gallons, directions say you can mix up to 1 to 2 tsp per 5 gallons of water and was using base nutrients at half strength.

My main concern right now is temps... Which would be better for the last couple of weeks of finishing up... Dimming the ballasts down to 75% each and have temps around 75-76° or keep lights full power and bright at 100% and let the 82 to 84° ride it out?

Also, at this point am I taking the correct steps at correcting the lockout issue? I was going to resume feedings with base (a&b) at 75% for the last couple of weeks after I did the flush. Just want them to finish out the best that they possibly can, obviously.
