Is thisthis mycelium truffle jar contaminated?

I'm not sure if this truffle jar is contaminated or it's just bruised... the harvest time it's in 2 weeks, by the way... you guys have some images in the post, please take a look, and thanks

I believe the pf tek technique is for the growing of mushrooms, and the substrate used in that technique has vermiculite and brown rice I think... However this jar only has organic rye, and I read that in this type of truffle growing, the mycelium should be white or yellow, but it can present blue/green color, that indicate bruises, not contamination. I'm not sure about this, that's why I asked for other opinions, but thanks
