At that stage... If you don't see web lines - no mites... check the underside of the leaves for small brown dead mites just in case.

alot of red stems... what ph do u water @ ? red stems normally mean potassium or low soil PH.

i would get some dye if nothing else. sell it at pet store for like 3 bucks. if ur not adding up with ur nutes i can almost guarantee ur PH in soil is low. my nutes drop PH from 8 to about 4.5-4.9 before adjusting it.

That's not a spider mite, this is a spider mite .LoL Really though you should use a magnifying glass to check for mites. They look like I took the liberty of blowing it up for ya.
Personally, I just assume that they are there and do routine maintenance.

However, you can smell e'm from quite a distance though. That is when the mill next door isn't cranking out the putrid smell of piss fur ( Pacific northwest Douglas fur trees)
