Is this the dreaded ball sac?

It looks like balls to me but I wanted to confur with the experts before putting this one down. All the pics are the same plant. End of week one in flowering.

Nope, those don't look like balls. But you'll know for sure after another week, when either pistils start shooting or when balls start hanging.

like he said, give it a week. youll be positive in a couple days what they are. sometimes male and female preflowers look almost similar when they are that small. wait until you are positive though before you go and cut it.

Actually no. That 2nd pic looks like there are 2 white hairs down on the bottom right node. I guess more in the middle now that I looked at it again.

Anyone have any idea when the male flowers begin to release their pollen? Like how big or old?
