Is this the correct regulator for co2

I'm a little confused, everything is set up but I don't know what PSI to set it to, did i get the wrong one? It doesn't seem to have a flow meter on it or whatever its called. Is there anyway to calculate it just through psi? Room is 5 x 5 x 6. Please someone give me some insight, I posted over 10 hours ago on a different section and no one responded.

Yours is a pressure regulator. Looks like one for a kegorator. Unless you have a separate solenoid valve you can hook up I don't think it's going to do what you want.

Yeah i gave up, i'm just going to buy a co2 monitor and new regulator tomorrow :/
