Is this the beginning of a male ? Plant is 3 weeks old and has been topped once and lower most leaves removed,any advice is greatly appreciated ❤️

To early to tell you really need to flip hour of light to 12/12 in a couple weeks to month depending how big you want it. That part you circled is just normal part of plant male or female look like that.

Too soon to tell. Theres nothing where a male or female part would be. I like to wait until gender shows before topping idk if its my own bro science but I think it shows pistol faster.
The main stem likes to grow 7, then 9 and 11 tip leafs from there so I feel like it just shows gender faster being happy and left alone. If it gets too tall I guess Id top anyway but ya.
