Is this temp ok over time?

Ok so my highestr temps in my room reach 81-83F in the day and as low as 65F at night?? Is the day temp ok or what?? I have to leave a false wall open in order to maintain a 76F!! Thanks

I think your ok if that's your upper temp. Keep good ventilation for fresh air and reduce humidity.

that will be fine no probs the 78f we all talk about is just the ideal temp not a hard and fast line.
just make shore you keep plenty of air moving and youl be ok.

Yeah i have a total of 2 oscilatting fans going 24/7 and have an air intake in my lower part of the wall!!
