Is this supplemental light even worth plugging in?

Well right now, I've got two seedlings that JUST sprouted under a couple 26w Daylight Spectrum CFL's. I have laying around my place a 15w Sylvania Gro-Lux Fluorescent bulb that is 18 inches long. I know this is extremely weak in power but would it hurt to add this type of light as supplemental lighting for my young ones? Maybe if I put it so it was lighting the sides? Or is this COMPLETELY wothless?

depends on the spectrum. if it's daylight spectrum it will help a bit.

Thank you. I looked everywhere on it's box and it doesn't have a number for the spectrum. It just says "Sunlight and all flowering plants, Wide spectrum"

use it, the 26's wont cut it very long.
