it's one of my autos and some of the inside bud's look discolored. the plant grew in the shape of a huge bud.

Looks a little like bud root, hard to tell with the pictures tho. They are kinda dark.

Yeah I think so too, especially the top picture up in the top right-hand corner, the rest is kind of hard to see

botrytis cinerea or gray mold.
indoors constant air movement during light & dark periods can minimize the risk unless you're growing outdoors, then you're at the mercy of the elements...
i would just ISO it...

the signs of mold toxins are the same as being high... look it up lol. do u trash the whole plant?
