Is this set up OK?

I've got one of my passive intakes at the base of my tent as you can see in pics... Is it OK to have my filter running air out that close to it? Or could it cause problems..???

Personally, i would put the filter in the tent, and the fan outside.
I dont see your filter placement effecting anything negatively

Be better in the tent or if outside then sat on top.

Its more efficient to pull air through the filter rather than push air into the filter
