Is this set up good to go???

Any opinions:

Got 2 rooms. 1 smaller one larger. the larger room is about 9.5x10. Inside that room is 4k lights. 2 fans. 1 for the lights 10" fan at 790 CFM and the other is the same for the carbon filter.

the room will filter itself. the carbon filter will just recirculate the air (since I don't want to suck out the COOL a/c air coming into the room)

5,000 btu a/c.

there are 2 90 degree turns in the set up right near the fan. i don't know how to get around this and does it even matter with that much cfms?

does the Carbon filter need to create a negative? Will this be enough to clean out the smell?

in the second room for the air i will have the outtake a little higher and the intake lower (heat rises). I may also build a box around the outtake so none of it gets released into the room only outside.

what are your thoughts? this okay? the GREY is closed cool hooded vents. the boxes on the line are windows.

blocking the return line from the central a/c will cause the supply side of the vent (where the cold air comes from) to barely put out any cold air at all. a central a/c system is dependant on both a supply vent, and a return vent. block either one of them, and you effectively cut off air circulation to the room. picture the duct system in your house as a garden hose, with water flowing through it. that water, would be the air in your room. if you kink the hose, water remains in the hose, but it stops flowing........
if your that worried about loosing co2, you might want to consider getting a sealed ventilation system for that room only..... or a window unit. you will have to mod the window unit so that its make-up air damper (aka the fresh air vent) always stays closed so you dont lose any co2. just my .02, besides that, everything looks good to go.

a cheap closed loop cooling system can be made from an old fan coil unit, some copper tubing, some flex duct, a booster fan, and either a water line chiller or a small condensing unit, to make whatever your sending through the fan coil cold (water or r-134a)
