Is this seedling ok

Hi all does my seedling seem ok it’s reall not growing much or am I expecting to much so soon this is 15 days in from a seed. Roots haven’t come out of the root riot cubes yet. What do people think?

It is a bit small for that time, but it can depend on many factors like what light you are running, how often you water etc

Very small for 15 days..........it looks 2 days old.
Probably due to wet crappy soil with no aeration.........poor lighting as well.

I would repot that for sure and bury most of it

this is my concern it is very small. light i am using dual spectrum on 250w around two feet away.
but i have ordered som 6500k bright white cfls

i thought this myself im using house and garden bat special. lighting is a has dimmed to 250w

i checked the roots and they haven't even come out the root cube yet

the pot is a fabric pot the root riot cube is what i started the seedling of in
