Didn't quite look like root rot to me... Looks to be nutrient staining which is normally fine.. updated pictures :D?
Also, put some hydroguard in. Definitely couldn't hurt!

Tomorrow I'll post updated pictures, and plants pictures too. The straining looks getting up with bubbles as I can see it on the walls of the container straight after I mix it with water.

See that’s my thing with mega crop it mixes like dirty shit water but my roots stay fairly white. As long as they’re not slimy.

I had the same with advanced nutrients GMB which if im not mistaken mega crop is just advanced but in dry form ?

Super stoked about the chem gro

Its almost completely clear. Just a tiny barely noticeable hue change.
And the plants have been soaking it up.

But im WAY WAY under feeding by their chart lol
Mabey its cause im running rdwc since they normally lower nutrient concentration

Even when I used flora nova (dark brown baby diarrhea) my roots were only slightly off white but not black slimed and clumped.
Edit: although my ph usually dropped when I had root issues I think, it's been a bit
You are right its fine if the roots are still loose and white but when they clump its not for the best .

I was running a lot of kelp and humic before

And it was fine till one day it caked up real bad and clumped and got slimey

Then i had to add hydroguard lol

I see a lot of DWC where the inside root mass is rotted due to, I assume, stagnate water just sitting in there and not recirculating. I've only dealt with one raging case and never want to again as it drove me crazy, that is till I lowered temps and got hydroguard as well.

I dont want to take picture on a smartphone because big brother is watching, you know ;). But I'll post a picture tomorrow when I get my gopro back.
Anyway plants looked absolutely fine till I filled the container to the max (to the bottom of net pots) and stopped top feeding.
Now there started to appear some dark/odd color spots on leaves, and they are drying the same way, I just remove them as I see new foarming.
And I miss calcutaled the container it is 10 gal total when filled to the bottom of net pots

Look, turn off your location services (GPS) and pic won't have locations embedded.

I want a pic of the plant...

Use hydroguard or 35-40% h2o2 at 10 parts water to 1 part h2o2

1 gallon of 35% H2O2 to 10 gallons of water, you sure that's right doc?

You DO have an air stone (or 2) running in those containers...right?
Yes 2 airstones in each container

So here we go, these plants I have been defoliated a lot yesterday, today there are new leaves that are turning ugly I marked almost all of them red.

Res temps 67, PH was 6.4 in some of them but I corrected it now. PPM 800-1100

This plant is a mutant from this post http://rollitup.org/t/mutant-plant-2-5-inch-wide-stem-3-weeks-old.958964/

It is not looking any good I moved it today to coco/perlite mix, firstly drawn in h2o2 3% strong solution for 10 mins, after washed the root mass with cold shower, slime was all washed before transplanting.

And here is its root mass before h2o2 and washing...

Judging from roots and plants now I'm pretty sure your roots are rotting man. On top of ph issues it's looking like and some look like it's drinking too much burning and issues galore man. You've got some work to get those back on track.
