yes it is right but it depends on how big you want to grow.

.5 oz 2 gal, 2 oz 5 gal, 4-6 oz 10 gal, 8-16 oz 20 gal, 6lb with a tractor. Thats a close for soil, if I remember, right but not to sure about the coco
