Is this Rhino Carbon filter kit good?

So I've been hearing positive things about rhino and I found a kit which I'm thinking of buying

Does anyone know if this will be LOUD and cause a lot of noise?
Can someone compare it to something so I can get a rough estimate of what sound volumes to expect.
