Is this ready to flush

do these plants look ready to flush most of hairs have turned red but i was just concered about the top of the buds still sprouting its jacks and it been flowering for 7 weeks and 2 days

im no big time grower with alot of experience, but i would give it another week or 2.

Me either but thats what i was guna do give it til sunday 5 days then its been flowering for 8 weeks then im guna flush for a week

Is this ready to flush
