is this possible?

about a week or so ago i planted a germed ppp fem seed. i had my light too close and it burned the first new set of leaves. the sedling didnt die but it didnt grow for a while so i just kept watering it and it kept growing roots. i started seeing new growth yesterday but today it doesnt look like leaves. it looks like a tiny miniature bud forming. its been under 24/0 lights its whole life? this is confusing me...

ive heard of this happening before. Theres answers i know out there lol.

im kinda dissappointed... i wanted to lst and top this and make t real bushy and just veg it out til i move in a few months. damn hopefully it goes back to growing normally. i guess only time will tell
