I don't know who grew this or posted it, sorry for stealing the link, but i want to know how can you grow a small plant like this, and have it bud?

Sorry if this sounds retarded, i'm ripped, and very curious.

use a clone and flower it under bright light (hps) just after it has rooted with no veg time...

I read somewhere that you can grow some really small but skinny plants if you grow a pure sativa plant straight under flowering light (12/12). So basically what you're growing is one bud, but it helps minimize height issues that come with growing sativa.

that looks sick how tall do you think they are? i had a mate who said he used to buy whole dried little plants with little as nuggs on them... sounds pretty sweet if you ask me..
