is this plant ready to flower

this is only my second grow so i could use so expert advice im not sure if this plant is ready to flower i can't let it veg for much longer as it is quickly out growgrow box so i need to do something soon, any advice is greatly appreciated.

thanks considering im just starting that means alot, but does it look mature to you, my last grow i vegged too long and my plants were why overgrown for the grow space

From the pictures it looks like her nodes are not alternating yet - so she's not quite sexually mature, however you can force flower now.
It won't hurt anything.

I would definately start flowering that baby. The longer you veg for the bigger the plant is going to get. Almost any MJ plant can flower after 4 nodes. Not that that would be a good choice, but you can get an idea of how soon you can start flowering. I like to let them get to be about a foot tall and have a look and feel. Remeber plants grow 2x to 3x the size they are when they start flowering so just kinda feel it out with how much space you have to work with
