Is this plant healthy?

title says it all its roughly 2 months old,using 400watts of cfls atm because dont have access to anything better right now

How close are the lights? Move them within a couple inches. Looks a little nitrogen excessive for the pics, go about 1/4 strength on what ever your nutrients feeding schedule says to go . If in soil aim for a ph of 7.0.
 
Hey man I agree with bud that it could be a light issue, but did it all start when you transplanted? I noticed you topped the plant recently. That should help you better distribute the light from the cfls. If your cfls are 5 inches from the top of the plant the bottom of that plant will be getting like 1/6 the light intensity. I hope you really distributed the cfls or you might just grow a lanky plant that mushrooms at the top.
